CANCELLATION AND LATE Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are kindly accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee and are non-transferable.

Life happens, and we’re happy to accommodate changes when possible. Reschedules are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Requests within 24 hours will be treated as a late cancellation.

Appointments not attended without notice will be charged the full service fee, as this allows us to continue offering our services to all clients.

To ensure every client receives their full appointment, we ask that you arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and recorded as a no-show.
